Grand Opening & Clinic Specials
Be sure to follow us on twitter, or on facebook for some great giveaways this week leading up to the Grand Opening of OKCDT 2010. Giveaways will include T Shirts, a judo gi, membership specials, and more! We will be having a great clinic on Friday and Saturday, featuring Lance Wicks, from the UK, and also local Brian Picklo, who was the alternate for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Lance recently obtained his Honours Degree in Judo from Bath University, and Brian Picklo opened his own school in Mustang, Matrix Grappling a year ago. If you live south OKC, or are near Mustang and interested in judo, check out his place. There will be no charge for the clinic (donations accepted), and we will be offering refreshments between the juniors and adult sessions on Saturday. There will also be an awards ceremony between the sessions including:
- Junior Player of the Year
- Senior Player of the Year
- Player of the month
- Warrior Award(s)
- and a special award from AAU Judo
